YE4 series ultra-super-efficient three-phase asynchronous motor
 
In April 2010, the IEC initiated the revision of the IEC60034-30 standard, and decided to divide the IEC60034-30 standard into two standards, IEC60034-30-1 "Online Operation of AC Motor Energy Efficiency Classification (IE code)" and IEC60034-30- 2 "Variable-speed AC Motor Energy Efficiency Classification (IE code)". IEC60034-30-1 was released in March 2014. Compared with IEC60034-30, the main changes are as follows:
 
(1) The efficiency of the motor is divided into IE1, IE2, IE3, IE4, IE5, IE5 has the highest efficiency and IE1 has the lowest efficiency;
 
(2) Extend the power range from 0.75~375kW to 0.12~1000kW;
 
(3) Expand the range of pole numbers, from 2P, 4P, 6P to 2P~8P;
 
(4) Expanded the types of motors, from single-speed three-phase cage induction motors to all AC motors running online;
 
(5) The ambient operating temperature is -20℃~+60℃. The development of high-efficiency motors is still one of the directions for the development of motor technology in the future. In order to fill the gaps in my country’s GB18613-2012 standard for energy-efficiency motor products, and to cooperate with the country’s implementation of the energy efficiency "leader" program, it is necessary to develop IE4 efficiency. Motor research and development to meet the future domestic and export high-efficiency motor market needs.
 
The overall goal is to complete the design of the IE4 ultra-super efficient series of products, and formulate product technical conditions. Series product frame number: H80~H355; the power range is 0.75~355kW; the number of poles is 2, 4, 6, 8; the average efficiency is 95%, which is 6% higher than that of ordinary products.
 
Ultra-high-speed three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor
 
(1) The necessity for the development of ultra-high-speed three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motors: fill the domestic gap and lead the technological progress of the motor industry; promote the localization of high-end equipment manufacturing, improve the level of my country’s high-end equipment manufacturing industry; promote motor supporting materials (silicon steel sheet, Magnet wire, insulation), power electronics (magnetic suspension bearings, inverter controllers) and other industries; the popularization and application of large-capacity, ultra-high-speed motors have significant energy saving and emission reduction benefits. (2) The goal of the product development stage: First, for the application of centrifugal compressors in refrigeration, gas transportation and other fields, develop supporting ultra-high-speed three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motors with a power range of 10 to 300 kW and a speed range of 1,000 to 50,000 r/min. Extend ultra-high-speed motor design, manufacturing and testing technology to machine tool spindle motors, micro-combustion power generation, high-speed energy storage and other fields.
 
Low-speed large-torque permanent magnet synchronous motor
 
Low-speed and high-torque generally refers to a transmission system with a speed of <500r/min and a rated output torque of >500N˙m. Such transmission systems are common in many industrial transmission fields (for example, the ball mill drive system is a typical low-speed high-torque transmission system), and also includes oilfield machinery, mining machinery and plastic machinery.
 
At present, this type of equipment still uses the traditional drive mode of motor plus reducer, and the overall transmission efficiency of the system is reduced due to mechanical reasons such as reducer gears. Permanent magnet motors can achieve low-speed and high-torque direct drive operation. This feature makes permanent magnet motors have a very broad application prospect in low-speed and large-torque transmission systems. Low-speed and large-torque permanent magnet motors are used in ball mills, which can eliminate the meshing of the reducer, direct drive pinion gears and the large gears of the transmission part, to achieve reliable operation of the ball mill, and the system saves more than 10%.
 
The stage goals of product development are as follows: (1) Complete the development of special motors for ball mills, with a power range of 2.2 to 400kW and a speed range of 10 to 60r/min. (2) Develop low-speed and high-torque permanent magnet synchronous motors for hoists, belt conveyors, screw pumps, pumping units and other equipment. (3) Formulate product standards for low-speed and large-torque permanent magnet synchronous motors for ball mills and other equipment.
 
High performance permanent magnet servo motor system
 
Since 2005, my country's AC servo motor market has entered a period of rapid development, with an annual growth rate of more than 25%; the market capacity in 2011 was more than 6 billion yuan, and it is expected to reach 15 billion yuan in 2015. However, the overall technical level of domestic servo motor systems is relatively backward. Japanese, European, and American servo products completely occupy the domestic high-end servo market, and domestic servo products can only compete in the middle and low-end fields. The top four domestic AC servo motor market shares are all occupied by foreign brands. In 2011, foreign brands had nearly 80% market share, and domestic brands had only nearly 20% market share. In particular, high-power AC permanent magnet servo systems were basically occupied by foreign products. monopoly. At present, the most widely used field of AC servo motor system is machine tools, accounting for about 25%, textile machinery accounting for 20%, packaging machinery accounting for 10%, and printing machinery accounting for 7%; national policies support the industrialization of high-end CNC machine tools and high-end CNC machine tools. It has been included in the major national science and technology development projects; the technical research and industrialization of high-performance permanent magnet servo motor systems for machine tools will drive the development of servo motor systems in the direction of high precision, high performance, and fast response. The objectives of the product development stage are as follows: (1) Complete the research and product development of the CNC machine tool feed servo system, the motor power range is 3-15kW, and the performance level is equivalent to that of similar foreign products; complete the application of the permanent magnet servo drive system on the CNC machine tool demonstration. (2) Complete the application research and development of typical specifications of the permanent magnet servo drive system in textile machinery, packaging machinery, printing machinery and other equipment. (3) Formulate product standards for permanent magnet servo motors dedicated to some equipment.
 
Permanent magnet synchronous reluctance motor
 
Permanent magnet synchronous reluctance motor combines the characteristics of permanent magnet synchronous motor and switched reluctance motor, and has the advantages of high efficiency, high power factor, high power density, and wide speed range. At present, there are many applications in automobile drive motors, and it is necessary to further expand the application of permanent magnet synchronous reluctance motors in the industrial field and develop a series of permanent magnet synchronous reluctance motors. The goal of the product development stage is to develop a series of rare earth-free synchronous reluctance permanent magnet motors with an efficiency of IE3 (ultra-high efficiency) energy efficiency level, and the cost is equivalent to the YE3 series three-phase asynchronous motors, which can replace the frequency conversion adjustment of fans, pumps and compressors. -Speed ​​three-phase asynchronous motor. The power range of series products is 0.55~315kW; the frame number is H80~H355; the number of poles is 4 poles; the nominal speed is 3000r/min; the speed adjustment range is 100~5000r/min.
